Frequently Asked Questions

Once you’ve logged into your account, you can control everything yourself — it’s easy. You’ll see when your next deliveries are planned at the top of your dashboard. Going on a trip and want to skip your next delivery? Easy. Click the Skip order; below that, you’ll see an Edit button. Click that and you’ll be able to change which products you receive. Customize the frequency of your orders by clicking on Edit in the 'Subscription Plan' section. You can also put your subscription on pause or cancel it.

You can edit your subscription by signing into your account, navigating to the Manage Subscriptions section and clicking the “View Details” button on your subscription. This will take you to the Subscription Management page, where you can edit your subscription, skip, pause, and more. Edit your subscription quantities and fragrances with "Update" or modify the entire subscription with "Swap". No payment information will be collected, the system will use your existing payment info on file, and no additional charges will be placed until the next subscription payment.

Standard shipping rates apply and will be added to your recurring total.

Yes! On your initial order, you can add as many refills as you want to your cart, just make sure that the subscription details are correct.

Currently, only Refills can be added as a subscription. However, one-time purchase items can be added to a subscription order without adding it to your recurring subscription. The delivery of that product would be limited to one-time only and will be shipped at the time of your next subscription shipment.

Yes. Sign in to your PartyLite account online and navigate to the manage Subscriptions tab. Your current subscription information will populate here, click “Pause Subscription”. This will put the subscription on pause for the specific time you choose. A “Resume” button will show in this area when you sign in again to a subscription that is on pause.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by signing into your account, clicking the ‘view details’ button on your active subscription, scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on ‘Cancel Subscription'. Subscription orders that are already being processed cannot be canceled.

Yes, once your cancellation is confirmed, your subscription account page will show all of your ‘Inactive/Completed Subscriptions’. Click the ‘view details’ button and then the “Reactivate” button and click confirm on the popup. When you re-subscribe the subscription will return to its original settings. From there, you can make adjustments.

You can edit your shipping address at any time by signing into your account, navigating to the Subscriptions section, and clicking the “Change Address” button. This will take you to the edit shipping address form, which will update your address on the subscription as well as your shipping address on file for the main account. Please note that a subscription order that is already being processed will not be updated.

You can change your payment method at any time by signing into your account, navigating to the Subscriptions section, and clicking the “Change Payment” button. This will take you to a form to change your payment method for the subscription to a previously saved or new credit card.

Occasionally, we offer promo codes for one-time use on the initial subscription order. However, promo codes that are advertised on our website, social media, or email newsletters, are not able to be applied to subscription orders.

Yes, loyalty points will be added to member accounts.

Brand Ambassadors will earn commission on the initial subscription order. The recurring subscription orders (including any that include one-time purchase items) will not generate commission.

Currently only Refills for the Refillable Candle collection are eligible for subscription.
