Refund policy
Our 100% Love It Guarantee: If for any reason you don’t like your PartyLite product, returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date if item(s) are returned in their original, unused condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not refund or exchange any candles that have been lit or melted. Any items returned after 60 days of the purchase date are not eligible for a refund or credit. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. If your item(s) arrived on your doorstep broken or damaged, PartyLite will provide a return label for shipping. A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items along with our RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM found here.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
